Delivery & Return

All orders within Egypt are shipped through J&T Express.
Orders are delivered within approximately 48 hours, and up to 5 business days from the time the shipment is received by the courier. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s governorate and location.
Shipping fees vary by governorate and are calculated and added to the order total at checkout.
You may open and inspect the shipment in the courier’s presence before completing payment. Please check the product carefully before accepting it.
If there is any issue with the product or it does not match your order, please return the shipment with the courier before completing the delivery.
Please make sure your size, color, address, and phone number are correct before confirming your order.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped

Once the shipment has been received and the courier has left, returns due to a change of mind are not available.
Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
If there is an error in the order from our side or the product has a defect, you may choose an exchange or return without any shipping fees.
For size or color changes, the customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with the original tag and packaging.
If a shipment is not received after being shipped, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost, including orders that were placed under a free-shipping offer.
