Return & Exchange
- Once the shipment has been received and the courier has left, returns due to a change of mind are not available.
- Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- If there is an error in the order from our side or the product has a defect, you may choose an exchange or return without any shipping fees.
- For size or color changes, the customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with the original tag and packaging.
- If a shipment is not received after being shipped, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost, including orders that were placed under a free-shipping offer.
